At Orzeniq S.A.S. we treat privacy as part of the relationship we build with you. This document explains how we handle your personal data when you visit orzeniq.com, complete a form or request information about our real estate crowdlending projects in Argentina.
1. Who is responsible for processing
The controller is Orzeniq S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71892345-4, with registered office at Av. Del Libertador 6250, floor 8, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. You can contact us by writing to legal@orzeniq.com.
2. What data we collect
We only collect data you actively provide through the contact form (name, email and message content) and limited technical data (device type, browser, pages visited). We do not request sensitive financial data through the site.
3. Purpose
We use your data to answer enquiries, share information about projects, improve the platform and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not use it for advertising outside the channels you authorise through the cookie consent manager.
4. Legal basis
The main legal basis is your free, informed consent, given when submitting the form or accepting cookies. We may also process data based on legitimate interest (site security) or legal compliance, in line with Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25.326.
5. Who we share data with
We may share data with technology providers acting under strict processing agreements (hosting, web measurement, transactional email). We do not sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
If a provider is located outside Argentina, we require guarantees equivalent to those set by local regulations, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.
7. Retention

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No system is infallible, and we state this honestly as part of our policy.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or platform changes. The last update date is always shown at the top of the document.
