These Terms & Conditions govern the use of orzeniq.com and the digital platform operated by Orzeniq S.A.S. By browsing the site or requesting information you accept these conditions, drafted to be clear, honest and consistent with Argentine legislation in force in 2026.
1. Purpose
Orzeniq is a private real estate crowdlending platform that connects developers with individual investors interested in participating in real estate projects in Argentina. Information published does not constitute a public offering or personalised financial advice.
2. Eligibility
To participate as an investor you must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity under Argentine legislation and accept the know-your-customer policy applicable to the specific project.
3. Risks
Every real estate investment involves risks, including delays, cost overruns, regulatory changes or outcomes different from those expected. Published figures are estimates and do not guarantee returns. Please read each project sheet carefully.
4. Permitted use
You may not use the site for unlawful activities, to infringe third-party rights, to perform reverse engineering, or to publish false or defamatory content affecting the reputation of Orzeniq and its community.
5. Intellectual property
The Orzeniq name, its logos, texts, images, platform design and other content are owned by Orzeniq S.A.S. or its licensors. Reproduction without express authorisation is prohibited.
6. Liability
Orzeniq acts as a digital intermediation platform and does not assume executive responsibility for project development, which lies with the developers identified in each opportunity. Investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the investor.
7. Modifications
We may update these terms to reflect legal, product or market changes. The version in force is the one published in this section, together with its corresponding date.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, except for consumer rights recognised under Law 24.240.
